Dear all,
Medulin and Pula have been entrusted by the famous American brand Harley – Davidson to organize one of their most attractive international events: the European H.O.G.™ Rally (it is not a rally in the sense of racing, but a gathering of owners of these luxury motorcycles). The event brings strong international promotion to Medulin, a boom in hospitality activities and exceptional guests who recognize quality.
In order to avoid traffic jams and keep emergency corridors open, events of this type are necessarily held with temporary traffic regulations that have been developed according to the instructions of traffic experts. The restrictions apply only to certain parts of the day and to vehicles of visitors who are not residents of the Municipality of Medulin, while we have prepared special passes for residents of the Municipality of Medulin, property owners in our area and workers to move freely in their vehicles (more below).
Therefore, during the event from 12 to 15 June 2025, we ask for your understanding and cooperation so that you can enjoy the event as much as possible, and that it runs successfully and safely.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATIONS

Temporary traffic regulation during the European H.O.G.™ Rally
2025

PARK & RIDE SYSTEM – for visitors outside the Municipality of Medulin

In order to reduce traffic congestion, for visitors who are not residents of the Municipality of Medulin, a parking lot is being introduced on Campanož with bus transportation to and from Medulin

  • Location: Campanož, before the roundabout (near the sports airport)
  • Driving schedule:
  • Thursday and Friday (June 12th and 13th): 16:00 – 02:00
  • Saturday (June 14th): 10:00 – 02:00 (due to the motorcycle parade)
    Transportation will be provided by the bus company Brioni, the ticket price for both directions will be €9, and the exact schedule as well as any additional information will be published on the official social networks of the event.

ZONAL TRAFFIC REGULATION – MEDULIN SETTLEMENT
The area of ​​the Medulin settlement will be divided into three traffic zones:

  • Red zone – the central event area (event zone)
  • Yellow zone – zone with limited access
  • Blue zone – the rest of the Medulin settlement

IMPORTANT:
Residents and businesses are guaranteed access to their real estate, residential and commercial buildings throughout the event.

PASSES – TEMPORARY TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS

  • Vehicles can only enter the Medulin settlement and certain event zones with a pass.
  • Passes are only required during certain parts of the day, depending on the zone, and in accordance with the operation of the Park & ​​Ride system.

PICK UP VEHICLE PASSES
Who can pick up passes:

  • Locals – for additional vehicles (residents who receive Medeko invoices by mail will receive one pass at their home address)
  • Legal and natural persons whose place of work is in Medulin or who are part of the event organization
  • Guests with booked accommodation in Medulin

Pick up locations:

  1. Medulin Municipality Tourist Board

    From: Wednesday, June 4, 2025
    Opening hours: daily 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, weekends from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  2. Banjole Tourist Information Center (Petrol gas station)
    From: Wednesday, June 4, 2025 from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    Opening hours: daily (including weekends) from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Required documentation:

  • personal ID card
  • proof of justification of the request (e.g. ID card, proof of residence, driving license, employer’s confirmation, confirmation of accommodation reservation, etc.)

NOTE FOR PASS USERS
We ask users to use passes only if they have a secured parking space within the Medulin settlement. In this way, we avoid traffic congestion and contribute to the safety and satisfaction of all visitors and locals.
For all others, we recommend using the Park & ​​Ride system or taxi services.

VEHICLES EXEMPT FROM THE OBLIGATION TO PASS

  • Motorcycles
  • Vehicles of guests going to reserved accommodation, upon presentation of one of the following:
  • confirmation of accommodation reservation
  • confirmation of ownership or use of real estate in Medulin
  • upon arrival at the accommodation, they are required to collect a pass for further movement during the event

DELIVERY AND SUPPLY

  • All individuals and legal entities, especially caterers and retailers, are recommended to:
  • ensure the necessary quantities of goods in advance
  • plan delivery exclusively by 9:00 a.m. during the event (Thursday, June 12th to Sunday, June 15th)
