Nice, new apartment, close to the sea, in a quiet street. The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with several apartments. 

Apartment size is 50m2, with one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen connected with living room and with the entrance area and balcony.

The apartment is on the second floor in the building with multiple apartments, without an elevator. Apartment is for 2-4 adults. There is 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed (for 2 person) in living room, connected with kitchen. There is also a bathroom with shower. There is also a nice balcony with countryside view. There is also a one parking space next to the building. The apartment has one parking space next to the building.

To the beach is about 800m. Locally there are various other facilities.

Apartment is in peacefull area, but 80 m from sea, 100 m from reastaurant and supermarket, 250 m from town center and 500 m (15min.walk) to the main Medulin city beach.  The main Medulin city  beach is about 500 meters away and it is sandy beach, that  is beach  with a lifegurds and many different activities for children. Nearby can also be found pebbly and rocky parts of the beach. Near apartment,150-200 m away, there is a small peninsula with few small wild, rocky and pebble beach, but it is not entirely suitable for children.
